Dr Coackley was extremely kind and pleasant. He took the time to listen to me and gave me advice. He gives excellent care. He could not be any kinder or better; he is perfect. The lady in reception was very pleasant when I collected my prescription.

Kintbay surgery is an outstanding example of how the NHS should function. Reerentarly some (not all) parts of the NHS which relate to hospital are not to Kintbury's standards and appear hide bound by poor management and beurocracy.
